Tax-Exempt Bonds with an Introduction to Taxable Bonds

This is a half-day course that covers the basic requirements of the tax-exempt bond program, especially with regard to on-site compliance. It is recommended primarily for senior management and development personnel and will present an introductory overview of taxable bond programs, using the taxable bond program of Virginia Housing as the starting point for discussion.
