This 5 hour training reviews the critical operating and protection policies that every affordable housing property should have. A full discussion of the following policies is included: Management Plans, Property Policies, Resident Transfer Policies, Waiting List Management, Sexual Harassment Policy, Criminal Screening, Reasonable Accommodations, VAWA, and Fraud Prevention & Detection. The training concludes with a discussion of the special issues relating to “layered” projects. The training is intended for site staff as well as supervisory and compliance personnel.
